“I was instructed to first breathe deeply, with hands over heart, and say aloud how I feel. Afterward, I massaged “sore spots” (a comforting place under the collarbones that regulates the nervous system) and reframes any negative feelings with positive ones, laying the tracks for the day. What is Tapping?
